Liliana is professor of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Her experience includes being General Director of Gender Equality and Non-Discrimination in the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations in Peru (2019). In recent years Liliana has been working as consultant for various institutions concerned with gender equality and human rights, such as the Ombudsman’s Office, the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). Her academic background includes two master’s degrees, as well as various courses and studies on gender equality and human rights. The last three years Liliana has taught the course “Gender Approach in Public Management” at the National School of Public Administration of Peru.
